Joe was raised in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, where he developed a love for the outdoors. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes and quads and especially loved hunting and fishing. Known for his sharp sense of humor, he was a jokester who delighted in pulling pranks.
He graduated from Blackhawk High School in 2006 and enlisted in the U.S. Army two years later. After basic training at Fort Benning, he deployed to Iraq for nine months, followed by a 12-month tour in Afghanistan. He completed his eight-year service while stationed at Pearl Harbor.
Joe passed away on May 2, 2019. His legacy lives on through his wife, Yani; his daughters, Skylar and Harper; and the many family members, friends, and comrades who continue to honor his memory.
